Don't Have A Title For This One

I'm currently in the process of putting together a response to a list of "actual wrongdoing" Dan attributes to Donald Trump...a far better man than the moron Dan regarded (and likely still regards) as a better option for the 2020 presidential election.  (Yeah...he's that blatantly stupid) Given the number of "wrongdoings", it may take me another day or so (if I can get to it properly before Sunday morning), or possibly a few days longer.  In any case, I'll get to it.  But for now, something else came up.

I'm no fan of Alex Jones.  By that I mean I don't listen to his show, never did except for a brief period back in, I think, 2010 when someone suggested I give him a listen.  I wasn't impressed by anything he was saying, mostly similar stuff most every conservative was saying (I'm just referring to what I actually heard), and nothing particularly outrageous or notable.  As most people know, he was "strung up" for saying that the Sandy Hook school shooting was some kind of hoax or something, and "inciting" people to threaten surviving family members.  To my knowledge, no one has produced any audio or video tape of Jones suggesting anyone should seek out these people and threaten to harm them or to perpetrate any harm upon them.  I'm not even sure he spoke about the families at all as if they were guilty of some illegal or unethical activity, but only that there's reason to question whether or not the shooting took place.

When I heard that he had these doubts, I couldn't believe it.  It was a truly moronic suggestion in my mind but I never paid it much mind.  Again, not a fan.  Lefties say stupid shit all the time and I don't comment on every utterance of stupidity they spew.  It wasn't particularly surprising that someone on the right, or said to be on the right, would say something stupid now and then.  It happens.

But then the families accused him of causing people to make threats and causing all other manner of distress.  Now, I found this amazing as I can't imagine I would waste any time worrying about stupid things someone might say when the important thing is I lost a loved one and know how it happened.  Who cares if some radio guy has a theory?  (As it happens, I found a site which gave a list of reasons why anyone would take the position on Sandy Hook which Jones took.  I haven't scrutinized it.)

So, to cut to the chase, Jones was judged in court to be responsible for the duress suffered by these people to the tune of, I believe, something like $200 million.  Pardon me if the number is off, but I heard it was huge.  Enough to bring back any of the dead?  I don't believe so.

Now, due to Elon Musk's take-over of Twitter, we're seeing all manner of info proving how information was Trabued...I mean...cancelled, shadow-banned and other forms of speech suppression on behalf of our Democrat-led government.  Watching some saved episodes of Tucker Carlson (while I binge on Yellowstone...I'm pretty much hooked and not sure if I actually like the show), Fearless host, Jason Whitlock proposed something extraordinary.  He cited the wife of David Dorn, murdered during the peaceful protests of 2020 and the owners of businesses destroyed as just as worthy of a massive judgement against these various social media platforms, as well as the government entities who worked with them, to suppress truth and promote lies...such as the racist cops murdering innocent black people myth.  People died because info regarding COVID was suppressed when it conflicted with the Fauci crap.  They, too, deserve redress.  What's more, unlike the families of Sandy Hook victims, who were not actually harmed by the stupid opinion of Alex Jones, thousands (at the utmost least) of people died as a direct result of leftist lies.  Those leftists need to be held accountable.

The left cannot survive truth.  It is anathema to them.  But by suppressing it, cancelling it...by denying conflicting opinions which can be discussed and examined for truth or error...people have been severely harmed.  The nation has been horribly harmed by the suppression of information just to protect an abject moron who went on to become our president, and that harm continues.  Jones was screwed for his stupidity.  Too many on the left have been profiting by theirs.  And the nation suffers.  God help us and save us from the left.

You know, at some point it will dawn on you - maybe slowly, begrudgingly over time or maybe all at once in a flash of sad recognition - that ALL the experts, the historians, the political scholars, and just regular people, ALL from across the political spectrum... that they all were, of course, right. It will surely be obvious to you at some point.

OF COURSE, Trump was historically and grotesquely uniquely inept, unfit, corrupt, perverted, dishonest and ultimately, an exceedingly stupid conman. AND, it will occur to you, that you and a great swath of MAGA types somehow missed what was so obvious. WHY did you not "get" it, when even arch conservatives like the Cheney family, the Bush family, Mitt Romney, George Will and hundreds of thousands (millions?) of other conservatives were telling you that this man is a buffoon, but a dangerous and viciously corrupt buffoon? WHY would all these ultra-conservatives join together in denouncing Trump, along with scholars and historians across the political spectrum?!

What was it, you'll wonder, that so blinded SO many of us conservatives? Were we just that gullible for a certain type of conman (again, in hindsight, even when he was a clownishly bad conman running such ridiculously stupid scams, over and over and over)? Was our "conservative" partisanship in such irrational overdrive that we dismissed reason and even our conservative values and attacked conservatives of good will (not to mention your attacks on the rest of the country and world who dared disagree with your crude moron mountebank)?

WHY were we so blind and, darn it, so painfully stupid?!

And you'll hopefully berate yourself further because, frankly, it will be deserving of it. You've been played for a fool and a rube by an idiot and at great cost to the nation and to causes you care about. You've squandered any credibility you had and, frankly, the conservative movement and much of conservative Christianity... all because you were deceived by an ineptokrat.

Having said that, and addressing your continued defense of the indefensible, you're even going so far as to sort of give excuses for an even greater dangerously dishonest pervert, the deviant Alex Jones. The man who attacked families of children who'd been murdered?? And you're DEFENDING HIM?

The man who passed on stupidly dangerously false conspiracy theories that threatened the lives of innocent people in the Pizzagate scandal? You're defending THAT deviant and liar and, frankly, idiot?

You see, Marshal, our free speech has limits. For one thing, you can not stir up violence and saying, "Hey, the guy at Ping Pong Pizza is selling children as sex slaves out of is basement and doing so in conjunction with the Hollywood and Democrat elite" IF he is taken seriously by some idiots, can be predictably likely to incite violence. And it did. The same for his stupid conspiracy theories about Sandy Hook. His words resulted in real world threats and attacks and attempts of violence to innocent people.

We have free speech within reasonable limits AND we can be expected to be held accountable for our free speech. We DON'T have the right to free speech with zero consequences.

And you're defending this jack-asshole of a conman.

Open your eyes sooner, rather than later, Marshal. The longer you hang on to these delusions of defense for Jones and Trump, the more devastated you will be when you have to finally admit how very wrong you are.

Don't listen to me. Listen to the millions of conservatives who recognize a stupid, perverted conman when they see one.

Danny, Danny, Danny. You're such a hopeless lying putz. I'll respond by paragraph:

The first: Unless you think I regard Trump as perfect...which I most clearly and certainly don't and never did...it would take more than numbers to convince me that he was less than one of the best presidents in both our life times. It would take evidence, proofs, facts. Thus far, you've failed to present anything which overcomes his great work as president to conclude your premise is anything more than just something you've pulled from your backside, whence all your deep thoughts come.

The second: Because Trump exposed them for what they are. And you're still hanging your pointy hat on "historians" who judged Trump before his first year was complete and not on anything remotely connected to his policies and proposals. Constant reference to historians by you is nothing more than you lying once again.

The third: You continue to regard Trump as a conman without ever having explained what the con was, how he profited and how the rest of us were grifted out of anything. This amounts to bearing false witness against your neighbor, something of which you pretend to disapprove. Thus, you merely prove again you're a liar and fake.

And stop connecting yourself to conservatism. You never were conservative. You don't understand what conservatism is and no self-respecting conservative would ever pretend otherwise about you.

The fourth: Because that's how you progressives are: blind, stupid, vile and God-hating liars.

The fifth: It matters nothing to me what your opinion of me might be. Liars don't have any standing here. My credibility is intact, even as Trump seems to be fouling any chance he might have for reelection now. His four years were far superior to the eight by your boy Obama and the current train wreck of your putz, Biden. So if either of us has credibility problems, it's a lying asshat like you. I'm cool.

The sixth: Once again, I don't know that he ever said a damned thing about the families of the dead, but only that the story itself was questionable. I also as pretty freakin' clear that I did not abide his position on the story and found it to be foolish. But then again, you defend perverts and baby murderers, so you have no standing to judge my opinion on anyone. And if you dare, you should at least address my actual position, rather than your lies about what my position is. I know truth is anathema to the likes of scum like you, but try at least a little to pretend.

The seventh: See the above, dickhead. I don't give a flying rat's ass about Jones. I don't defend or attack him because he's not worth my time. But then, you're no better.

The eighth: Free speech has no limits as regards one's opinions. If others are moved to violent behaviors from hearing those opinions, only those who acted violently are guilty, not those who put forth the opinions. I know you prefer it otherwise so that you can stifle the opinions of good people of faith and character who oppose the vile crap you defend in the name of God, but it doesn't work that way, shouldn't work that way, and we are the worse off if it ever does work that way. It wasn't his words which resulted in threats. It was the response of the people who actually rationalized their threats by citing his words. You're an unAmerican asshole for daring to hold accountable those who encouraged no violent behaviors of any kind while expressing their opinions. Dickhead

The ninth: You clearly don't understand Constitutional principles and how they are to be applied. STFU until you learn what the Constitution says and means.

The tenth: You're a lying son-of-a-bitch. I deny there was justice served by raping this guy for millions because of the actions of others. Fake Christians don't understand such things, but real Christians don't do such things to others.

The eleventh: That's funny. A baby-killing lover of perversion pretending to school me on matters of truth and justice.

The twelfth: Unlike ignorant morons like you, I have the intelligence to see reality as it is, without the need for those who hate like you do telling me what I should believe. Worse, for an ignoramus who actually believed Biden was a better choice than Trump...that's just too stupid a person to take as anything more than mentally challenged and morally bankrupt.

You're a piece of shit, Dan. May God have mercy on your black, evil soul.
