Something Like What Craig's Been Posting Lately

 The following is from a Robert A. J. Gagnon Facebook post, but was originally a post from another guy who's name I just forgot to write down.  (Craig's posted one or two things from the dude and I'll amend this post when I get his name.)  I saw it and as it was related to a post or two of Craig's on the issue of "who's worse" (my name for it), we see the problems Craig has referenced.  Here it is:

The Cato Institute just published a report claiming right-wing violence is far more common than left-wing violence, and they released it in the very month that Charlie Kirk was assassinated.

That timing is revolting, but the data itself is even worse!

The Daily Caller exposed how Alex Nowrasteh’s list conveniently left out key left-wing killers that would have changed the balance.

The Waukesha killer in 2021 drove his SUV through a Christmas parade, killing six and injuring dozens more, after a stream of anti-white social media posts, rapping against Donald Trump, and voicing support for Black Lives Matter.

A local BLM chapter even raised money for his bail.

Jessica Doty-Whitaker was shot and killed by BLM protesters after she or someone in her group said “all lives matter.” Her case remains unsolved, yet CATO never counted it.

An anti-natalist bombed an IVF clinic in 2025, killing one person, and that too was ignored.

Those omissions are not small. Adding them would nudge the left-wing category above the right wing category, destroying the entire premise of CATO’s report.

And of course, the other issue with Nowrasteh’s list is that it only counts killings. That means it leaves out some of the most notorious acts of political violence of our time.

It ignores the two assassination attempts on Donald Trump.

It ignores the 2017 Republican baseball shooting that nearly killed Steve Scalise.

It ignores the attempted stabbing of Lee Zeldin on the campaign trail.

It ignores a neighbor’s brutal attack on Sen. Rand Paul that broke his ribs.

It ignores the man arrested outside Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home with plans to assassinate him.

It ignores the bomb planted under a Fox News van that failed to detonate.

Every one of these is political violence, and every one is erased by CATO’s framework.

This is not honest research. It is manipulation to smear the right and excuse the left.

Because the truth is that violence is not accidental on the left, it is built into their philosophy. They believe government is the weapon, mobs are their muscle, and coercion is their road to power.

When the left is angry, cities burn. When the left is challenged, opponents are silenced with threats. When the left loses, violence is the answer.

The right responds to tragedy in an entirely different way. We turn to God, to community, to vigils and prayer. We believe in healing, not burning.

That is the divide CATO refuses to acknowledge.

The left turns to fire.

But the right turns to faith.

And until America faces that truth, no amount of fake statistics will hide where the real epidemic of violence comes from.

I shared it on my Facebook page immediately because these types of "studies" seem to be common today, and rarely without rebuttals which expose the flaws of the studies/reports.

The examples provided in the video are three which have no relation to politics, but are simply heinous crimes, and the perpetrators are subjectively included among the center-right population because it serves the narrative.  It's cheap padding of the list...a not too uncommon tactic of the left.

I also want to point out the person who put together the CATO Inst. list.  Alex Nowrasteh.   This guy can't seem to publish anything which isn't suspect.  Dan's cited his work in the past, which validates my certainty that Dan does next to nothing with regard to due diligence in choosing what to cite.  His efforts stop at the title or the conclusion, but nothing in between.  That's not just intellectually lazy, but dishonest.

The Bat-Shit Crazy Which Marches On!

I was going to write a post and focus on the many examples of leftist crazy which happens on social media constantly, and of course refer to our own crazy-ass fake Christian marxist, Dan Trabue.  

Then Charlie Kirk was murdered.

There's crazy and then there's truly bat-shit crazy and what we've been seeing and hearing all day since this vicious example of what the "progressive left" truly is, the outpouring of hatred by the "peace loving progressives" is about as sick and twisted as Dan is just getting up in the morning.  No....scratch that.  As loathsome as Dan is, I don't want to get too glib about this murder.  Dan's a card-carrying piece of shit, but this is about his "tribe".  

Right from the start, lefty news media was on the job, being assholes, because what else are lefties but assholes?   I saw a montage of leftist response on various news shows and it was disgusting and abhorrent.  One asshole suggested it might have been the result of a MAGA person celebrating, apparently by firing a rifle into a crowd.  There was several who hatefully referred to Kirk as "divisive" and "polarizing".  But then, speaking truthfully tends to have that effect.  The left hates the truth so division forms.

What kind of asshole derives joy out of the murder of a political opponent?  The progressive assholes who make up Dan's "tribe".   And who's most likely to perpetrate these types of heinous crimes against their political/ideological opponents?  The progressive assholes who make up Dan's "tribe".  

No doubt we'll hear from Dan distancing himself from these people, insisting the typical progressive is peace loving and this guy is yet another of the many outliers who aren't NOT typical.  Yeah.  Right.  

The worst of the worst of us are lefties.  May God protect us from them, I pray in Christ's Name.  In the meantime, maybe I'll carry more often from now on.  

The Crazy Marches On

I've been pining to write this post since, well, at least around June 5, 2025 if not sooner.  But unlike another blog post of the same title, written by a well known fake Christian hater and liar, I won't have to imagine that my ideological/political opponents are likely or willing to support their leaders regardless of what they do or are found to have done.  No.  The crazy of which I speak will be easy to see by anyone who pays attention honestly.  

What first compelled me to write this was not necessarily the aforementioned buffoon, but a different buffoon who goes back to my high school days and is just as severely TDS afflicted as anyone, including but perhaps not quite as bad as the execrable Dan Trabue.  I say that because this high school acquaintance, whose name is Wally, doesn't go on about how he's spent years in serious and prayerful study of Scripture, so I don't know the extent to which he believes at all.  I've reason to believe he doesn't, and that actually works in his favor because no Christian should hate and lie about Trump as both these dudes do, and Dan likes to tell us he's a believer.  

Anyway, Wally posts anti-Trump memes on FB constantly.  Between Wally and Dan, one pretty much has all the stupid covered completely as regards the crazy hatred of the best prez we've had since Reagan.  Throw in Dan's troll, and there's no doubt.

What really stands out is the fact that none of these jamokes have the honor or integrity to give Trump props of any of the many great things he's accomplished throughout his 4.5 years as president.  That's astounding given how much of it there has been and continues to be.  What follows is a general list of the first six months of this current term of his:

These two are in no way comprehensive or complete.  They scratch the surface, especially considering it doesn't take into account the many great things he did the first time around.

No.  One never hears anything good about Trump from a lefty, save a very, very tiny precious few, and that only on specific issues, not his entire body of work.  It's the opposite of Dan's wildly false and totally unsupported claim about Trump supporters unlikely to ever withhold their support no matter how evil a crime he might be proven to have committed.  Dan might rely on the Donald's claim during his first term that he could shoot someone down in the street and his supporters could continue to support him.  But that's hyperbole, Trump's stock-in-trade.  He's neither so stupid as Dan needs to believe, nor arrogant, to actually believe that.

Yet we have constant proof of the reverse, that there is no good thing Trump can do, nor not quantity of good things he could do, which any lefty will acknowledge at any point.  They're too busy scraping the sidewalk for anything they think they can use as evidence which validates their hatred.   Too often they misrepresent actions he's taken or proposed, or parrot the misrepresentations of others.  Chuck Schumer continues to embarrass himself, as do other Dems such as AOC, Crockett and other miscreants who I'm always shocked were actually elected to their positions.  Leftist media also continue to lie and distort, as do multiple chuckleheads from the worlds of sports and entertainment.  

The memes Wally posts are unusually absurd, with all manner of accusation being made against Trump by people who are unique in their condescension and belief they have it all figured out.  Most of it is incredibly obvious in how wrong, misleading or misunderstanding they are about whatever the hell it is they think they're schooling the viewer.   

Dan actually said it best when he was projecting on the wealthy (and Trump, of course) when at Craig's he said, "They make it abundantly clear who they are."  How ironic that it is far more true of Dan, Wally and other TDS sufferers.  

A Holiday Instituted For The Purpose Of Pandering

I wasn't going to do a post like this, but two things happened today which changed my mind:

The first thing was part of what made my day especially frustrating, running into a number of things which confounded my plans.  The first was my weekly trip to the bank.  I was denied due to a holiday which has no business existing except to pander to people outraged by a murder which never happened.

I had already brushed that inconvenience off when later in the day I came upon these two articles:

The first one above gives a good accounting of the stupidity of Biden's signing an equally stupid bi-partisan bill to make Juneteenth a federal holiday, thus pandering for votes from those eager to get paid for not working, with few among even the black community who was even aware of this bit of Texas history until race-baiters brought it up after lying about George Floyd being a victim of murder by cop and then burning cities and killing people.  The political left beclowned themselves in pushing the false narratives (do they ever NOT do that?) and too many on the political right failed to muster the slightest courage to push back against it, and here we are.  Another federal holiday which shouldn't be.

More Which Supports My Position

The above is an episode of the Liz Wheeler Show on BlazeTV.com.  In it, she speaks with a CIA analyst who tells of terrorist plans now in progress, scheduled for some time this year.  It's fascinating stuff compels higher scrutiny for people of certain nations, of certain cultures and certain ideologies which I insist are anathema to our way of life and a clear and direct threat to our nation.  I am totally opposed to immigration policy by our government having any concern about "being nice".  Immigration policy is for the benefit of Americans, not those who seek entry.  

While I'm pretty much opposed to allowing entry to any muslim whatsoever, I can acknowledge that there are likely muslims in this country already who reject islamic teachings for the most part, while still maintaining they are muslim.  They've done no harm and demonstrate no potential as far as anyone can see.  Fine.  Hopefully it's not a ruse.  At the same time, there's Zuhdi Jasser, who I've heard speak many times, often interviewed by Mark Levin, and he claims he seeks reforms of islam.  I hope that's the case and he's a compelling speaker who at least is honest about the violent, murderous attitudes so prevalent within the muslim world, particularly the arab muslim world (and Persian, given Iran isn't arabic).  

But these exceptions simply do not compellingly argue for anything less than the strictest scrutiny of those seeking entry, or even the total prohibition against allowing their entry.  We are not obliged to allow anyone to enter, and our government's first priority is the safety of its people above and beyond any considerations for those who seek to come here.

Perv Pride

 So we've begun another June and with that we will be inundated with references to "Gay Pride", and still I've no understanding of how anyone can take pride in how they want to get their rocks off.  While I know throughout history men (and some women) have taken pride in how many sexual partners they've had, but that's also a matter of taking pride in degradation, not in anything noble or beneficial to society or its culture.  The same here.  There's nothing noble about giving in to carnal desires and less so when those desires are the result of disorder and dysfunction as it the case with the homosexual.  It's no different than taking pride in being bi-polar (no pun intended) or schizophrenic. 

And of course, our culture has not been improved in any way by promoting, enabling, celebrating and defending the abnormal as normal.  To the contrary, it has greased the skid of moral degradation which was already problematic and harmful.  This was piling on...adding to the problem of cultural decay.  Just as was true with the Playboy/Penthouse era leading to Hustler and other raunchier materials, and Hollywood pushing the envelope with regard to what can be portrayed on film...and then the effect it all had on the culture (did the culture lead to all that, or was it the other way around...likely it was both sides impacting each other), so too has the "acceptance" and "tolerance" of this perversion led to far worse manifestations of carnal expression and influence.  

Children are more at risk than ever before and it's more clear than ever how these moral monsters seek to persuade more and more children that all this is all well and good, therefore forcing the "prophesy" that in time honest people devoted to the Will of God and just plain common sense and truthful scientific understanding will die out leaving them to further despoil the culture.

So while I still breathe, I will proclaim the truth and speak against this evil in the strongest possible terms while the activists and heretics continue to lie.

Dan wants us to listen to only the LGBTQ++++ side of stories for all the facts regarding their many woes and encounters with oppression.  Yeah.  Sure.   Are there true stories of such?  I'd wager there are.  The problem is how many of the many related to us are the true stories?  No way to tell if we go by Dan and his claims of having heard hundreds of them.
